Guarantees this product, if used and maintained according to these instructions, for the warranty period of seven year commencing from the date of its purchase by the customer. If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period of seven year, we will repair or replace the product as we see fit provided it is returned to our factory. Please follow these instructions if any such defect arises. All further liability except loss or damage caused by our negligence is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This guarantee does not affect your Statutory rights. Diamond Island Charcoal Grille, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty or conditions. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the above warranty or conditions. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.

Diamond Charcoal Island Grille, Inc. guarantees that this product will never wear out if used in accordance with the Users Manual. We do not extend any guarantee on the garbage disposal., The blower motor is covered for one year from the date of purchase. However, labor to replace will not be covered in this warranty. We will fix or replace the heating element and circuit board if they fail under normal operating instructions. If this items fail to perform due to lack of care, such as directed in the owners manual, or as a result of damage from abnormal use, they will not be covered. If the seal to the control box is broken and/or the seal to the electrical junction box is broken, it will void any and all warranties implied or stated.
